almost a month​

昨年、2020年4月7日から5月６日の約一ヶ月間、COVID-19による緊急事態宣言が発令されていました。

 

「Almost a month」は外出ができず人にも会うことが出来なかったこの期間に、東京のアパートで制作された作品群です。

同じ版（型）とマテリアルを用いて１日１版、1作品制作し時間を記載するというルールで毎日行いました。

代わり映え無い毎日の中にもさまざまな思考や行動があり、小さな発見やドラマがあります。

そういったさまを、同じ型（版）の中で展開される刷りのイメージと重ねて見ていました。

A state of emergency under COVID-19 was declared on Japan from 7 April to 6 May 2020.

 

"Almost a month" is an artwork of 30 days of work done in a flat in Tokyo during this period when I was impossible to go out and meet people.

 

Printed daily using the same plate and same materials, with a rule of one plate, one print per day by screen printing and recorded the time too.
